strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n<p><b>Formation au C\u0153ur de l\u2019Excellence Client<\/b> Sur une p\u00e9riode de quatre jours, les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 immerg\u00e9s dans les meilleures pratiques de gestion de la relation client.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectif principal de cette formation \u00e9tait de doter les cadres des outils et comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour offrir un service
